Becky Farley, MSCT & Candace Little
These two are an aunt and niece team that simply feel called to teach people how to be kind to themselves during hard times. It's a lost art, and one that is certainly worth paying more attention to, according to science. Between the two of them, they have kids and grandkids spanning 30 years-- their true inspiration for starting Mindful Art Co. They have loved expanding their mindfulness and self-compassion reach,  teaching elementary schools, church groups, teens, parents, teachers, therapists, artists, and hopefully you, next!

I'm Candace. I am a lover of art and a mother of four. My main role is overseeing the website, graphic design, copy writing and art part of our products. My family needs mindfulness and self-compassion like bread needs butter and birds need feathers. After taking Becky's mindfulness class, I started developing art projects and stories that helped me explain the mindfulness principles to my kids. When I realized that our daily interactions were changing in a very good way, Becky and I tried it out with more kids. And then more. And then realized we had an egg to hatch.

I'm Becky. AKA The Meditating Mom. More than a decade ago (see, I'm sounding old and wise already), meditation and mindfulness brought me through, up, and out of the lowest point in my life. Since then, I've been meditating on, researching and sharing the principals of mindfulness with pretty much anyone who would listen to me. The benefits of mindfulness are not a secret. But sometimes you just need a mom to tell you what to do and how to do it. That's what I'm here for :) I write and record the audio stories and mediations for our MAK Packs. I have recently trained with the top self-compassion experts in the world, am a Certified Mindful Self-compassion Teacher, and love teaching what I learn!

Annie Condon
Annie has gratefully stepped into the creative director role at Mindful Art Co., with sky-high hopes of integrating mindful practices into the lives of young adults, families, children and everyone in between. We are so excited to have her vision, art and perspecitve on our team!

I'm Annie. Mindfulness has been a core value for me since I discovered my extreme disposition to OCD in my early twenties. Everything changed when I realized that emotions come and go like the weather ... leading me to understand the necessity of mindfulness to navigate my stormier feelings. Art has also been key in my mindfulness journey -- putting pen to paper let me mitigate and calm those inevitable tangled-up feelings that come with being a 20-something year old navigating the whole "adulting" thing for the first time.

In my free time I love skiing, running, golfing, hiking, anything related to arts and crafts, going to concerts and taking my golden retriever on adventures.
